55 min sessions are confidential and guided through natural conversation, gentle inquiry, and reflection. Depending on your goals, we may also explore direction or intention for the work.
With your consent, different approaches or modalities may be incorporated to support what is coming up. Sessions unfold at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you.
Not at all. Some people come with specific goals, while others come simply knowing they want change or personal growth.
Sessions can be guided by a clear focus or unfold more organically over time. Part of the process is gaining clarity around what is coming up and what you would like to explore.
We move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you.
Each person’s process is unique and depends on what you’re looking to explore, your goals, and the pace that feels right for you.
Some individuals come for a shorter period (for example, 4–6 sessions), while others choose ongoing support for deeper exploration and personal growth.
As a starting point, many clients find a 10-session package helpful for building consistency and allowing enough time to work with patterns as they unfold.
I have completed the Spiritual Psychotherapy program at Transformational Arts College in Toronto, Ontario in 2018.
At this time, I am not registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and therefore do not use the title “psychotherapist.”
I offer counselling and integration support using a trauma-informed, holistic approach that draws from my training and experience.
Plant medicine retreats are immersive, retreat-based experiences that take place in structured and supported environments. These settings may include traditional or ceremonial practices that support personal reflection and insight.
Many individuals choose to attend retreats as part of their personal growth journey. While the retreat experience itself can be meaningful, ongoing integration is often an important part of bringing those insights into everyday life.

Plant medicine integration is the process of taking what was experienced during a retreat or ceremonial setting and bringing it into everyday life.
After these experiences, individuals often benefit from having space to talk through what arose, explore emotions or insights, and understand how to apply that awareness moving forward.
Integration sessions offer a supportive space for reflection, grounding, and making sense of the experience in a way that feels practical and meaningful.
