Integration Support (Online Across Canada)
What Is Integration Support?

Experiences involving expanded states of consciousness, whether through plant-based traditions, intensive retreats, or other profound life events, can open powerful insights. They can also surface unresolved emotions, trauma patterns, or deep questions that require thoughtful processing.

Through trauma-informed counselling that integrates somatic awareness, parts work, and emotional processing, sessions support clarity, regulation, and personal responsibility as you navigate change.
Integration support provides a grounded and structured space to reflect on these experiences and translate insights into sustainable daily living. Rather than chasing peak moments, the focus is on stabilizing the nervous system, increasing self-awareness, and applying meaningful shifts in practical, embodied ways
Aftercare & Ongoing Support

Many individuals participate in plant-based ceremonies such as Iboga, Ayahuasca, Psilocybin, Peyote, and other traditional practices. Returning home can sometimes feel disorienting. Old patterns may resurface. Relationships may shift. Emotional material may continue unfolding.

Aftercare support offers a steady container for:
• Processing emotional content that arises
• Understanding trauma patterns revealed during ceremony
• Integrating insights into daily routines
• Strengthening boundaries and discernment
• Rebuilding structure and nervous system stability

The intention is not to recreate the experience, but to help you make sense of it in a grounded and sustainable way.
Sessions are offered online across Canada and are tailored to your pace, readiness, and personal framework, whether spiritually oriented, psychologically oriented, or a blend of both.
Integration support does not replace medical or psychiatric care. Individuals in active crisis are encouraged to seek appropriate emergency services.
