Energy trauma release technique Also known as Energy Psychotherapy (EP) which is my speciality. Here we explore the traumatic events in one's life and remove them gently through the chakra line. It is believed to create an electrical and chemical signals in the brain which is thought to help normalize cortisol levels and balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, thus reducing symptoms. A beautiful modality to reviews one belief system and understands the root of where it stems. This is found to be a very effective modality for PTSD, OCD and phobias.
